Invitation to log in

When your trustee invites you to join Fidly, or when you yourself have completed the free trial account creation form, you will receive an e-mail with the following login details

🔑

Note: The login dialogs are always in French because it is impossible to know in advance what the user's language will be.

  • E-mail address: This is the e-mail address that will serve as your login for future connections.
  • Temporary password: A temporary password is provided. Please note that this password expires after 7 days for security reasons.
  • Login link: The link to the Fidly https://app.fidly.be login page is included in the e-mail for easy access.
⚠️

Please note: This password is required to activate your account. The "Forgot your password?" link will NOT work until you have activated your account with the temporary password sent to you. If you have lost the e-mail with this temporary password or if it has expired beyond the 7-day validity period, for the security of the account, the only solution is to ask your accountant or the account administrator to send you a new invitation.

Connecting to the Fidly application

The login page is the first step in accessing your personal space on Fidly. It is designed to be simple and secure, giving you quick access to all the software's features.

1. Login fields

The page has two main fields:

  • E-mail address: Enter the e-mail address you used when creating your Fidly account.
  • Password: Enter the password associated with your account.

If you wish to see the password you have entered, you can click on the eye icon to the right of the field.

2. Login options

  • Login" button: Once you've entered your e-mail address and password, click on this button to access your dashboard.
  • Forgot your password?" link: If you can't remember your password, click on this link. You will be redirected to a page where you can enter your e-mail address to receive instructions for resetting your password.
  • Security: For your own safety, always log out of your account when you leave the application, especially if you're using a public or shared computer.

3. Creating your MFA code

After entering your password, you will be prompted to enter anMFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) code. This code is essential for double authentication of your account, which ensures that no-one can access your data without simultaneously having your login, password and the correct MFA code.

MFA code: This single-use code, valid for 30 seconds, is generated by an authentication application on your phone. There are many applications available (such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or Proton Authenticator) and you can use the one of your choice. However, it's advisable to choose an application that offers a data backup, so you can more easily recover access in the event of a change or loss/stolen phone.

Simply scan the QR code with this application, then enter two consecutive sequences of six digits provided by your application.

4. Routine verification of the MFA code

👌

Rest assured: you won't have to systematically provide the MFA code every time you reconnect, but only when you change computer or browser, after a voluntary disconnection or when you haven't used Fidly for several days.

On subsequent logins, after entering your login and password, you will be prompted to enter the MFA code which is available on your favorite app.
