The user profile menu gives you quick access to all the features you need to manage your account, subscription and company information. To access it, click on your name or profile photo in the top right-hand corner of the screen. You'll find two additional sub-menus: Account and Resources:
1. Account
My Profile
This section lets you view and modify your personal information, such as your first name, last name and e-mail address for logging in (which may be different from the one assigned to the company for sending documents), as well as the password for accessing your account. Be careful not to change these login details lightly, or you'll lose all access to the application. This is where you can change the language to set the software to French / Dutch / English or German. You can also change your profile photo by uploading a JPG or PNG image and re-framing it as you wish.
Subscription
This entry gives you access to the characteristics of your Fidly subscription, and in particular to the level of usage (number of invoices and credit notes created and received) since the start of your subscription to our services.
Invoices
Displays thehistory of our Fidlyinvoices.
Users
By default, each Fidly account allows a user to create and manage invoices for the company associated with that account. If more than one user is required,additional users can be added via this menu and given specific access rights.
Contact Fidly
The Fidly team is always ready to listen to its users. If you notice an anomaly in the way the software works, or if you have a suggestion for an improvement that you consider important, this form enables you to send your remark directly to our team, who will try to take it into account in a future update. Please be as precise as possible in explaining the anomaly or suggestion.
Logout
This item disconnects your browser or application from Fidly. To reconnect, you will need to present your user e-mail address, the associated password and complete the 6-digit MFA code.
