The Dashboard is the first page you see when you log on to Fidly. It gives you a real-time overview of your company's financial health, allowing you to track key indicators at a glance.
1. Interface and navigation
Fidly's interface is designed to be simple and intuitive.
- Main menu : Located on the left-hand side of the screen, this menu gives you quick access to the different sections of the software.
- Dashboard: Overview of your business.
- Directory: Access to the management of your customers, suppliers and product catalog. For more details, see :
- Customer and supplier relations
- Products and services directory
- Incoming documents : Manage your suppliers' invoices and credit notes. This section can also accommodate sales invoices produced by another software application, which will be integrated on the basis of the PDF document.
- Incoming documents
- Invoicing: Create and manage quotations, sales invoices, credit notes and subscriptions for recurring invoicing.
- Quotation management

- Software settings and customization
- Top bar: At the top of the screen, you'll find several useful elements:
- Search: A search field to quickly find customers, suppliers or related invoices. Simply type in at least 3 characters from the beginning of the company name, the first or last name of the person or even the locality, as well as the main products mentioned in the invoice, and the most significant and most recently handled items will be suggested to you.
- Alerts : This indicator notifies you of important events or actions to be taken (e.g. invoices awaiting payment).
- Maximize button: This icon enlarges the main viewing area for a more comfortable reading experience.
- User profile: In the top right-hand corner, you can access your profile and various data relating to your account.
- Personal profile and account data
- Quick document management
- Purchase documents: A dedicated area where you can drag and drop supplier invoices in PDF format for processing by Fidly.
- Sales documents: (€) and others: these two areas can be used to drag-and-drop outgoing invoices produced in PDF format by another software program, as well as other documents you may wish to save in Fidly.
The bottom of the main menu on the left-hand side of the screen lets you quickly add documents for processing.
Note that the main menu on the left is generally not displayed in detail as above, but in a more compact form, with a single drag-and-drop area. This analyzes the contents of the document to classify it as a sales or purchase invoice, as the case may be. Simply hovering over the icons brings up the sub-menus, giving access to all the software's functions.
2. Dashboard: Financial overview
At the top of the Dashboard, you'll find the period selector. These buttons allow you to filter the data displayed in the dashboard.
- Year XXXX: Displays data for the current year.
- Last 12 months: Displays data for the last twelve months.
- Current year: Filters by your fiscal year to date.
- Last fiscal year: Filters for the entire fiscal year, including future months.
The first banner presents four key indicators of your financial situation:
- Sales excluding VAT: The total amount of your sales excluding taxes. The indicator also shows the number of invoices issued and a comparison with the previous period.
- Expenses: The total amount of your purchases recorded in Fidly. This amount includes VAT. You can also see the number of supplier invoices and the change from the previous period.
- Outstanding payments : An overview of the amounts (incl. VAT) you have outstanding. It is split between unpaid purchases (what you owe) and unpaid sales (what you are owed).
- Account balance : Your overall cash balance to date. This data is only available if your accountant provides CODA files or if you are connected directly via the Ponto service.
3. Analysis charts
Graphs below the main indicators help you visualize the evolution of your business.
- Sales and expenses trend: This bar graph shows the evolution of your revenues and expenses over the months, allowing you to quickly identify trends.
- Treasury: This graph combines cash receipts, cash disbursements and account balances to give you a clear picture of your cash flow over the year. Again, this data is subject to availability via your accountant or via Ponto.
