The "Products and services directory" page, accessible via the "Invoicing" then "Products" menus, lets you manage all the products and services you regularly use in your invoices, quotes and credit notes. The catalog acts as a database of your most common items, saving you time when creating new documents.
Product list
The main catalog screen gives you an overview of all your registered products and services. You'll find key information for each item.

Add a new item
Clicking on the + Add product button in the top right-hand corner takes you to an encoding form.

The system is designed to be very efficient, allowing you to add several items at once.
- ID: The unique identifier or reference number of the product or service.
- NAME: The product description, which may extend over several lines in the invoice or quotation.
- PRICE EXCL: Unit price excluding VAT.
- VAT: Applicable VAT rate.
The basket icon lets you delete a line. You can also click on the + Add line button to insert new lines, and even add 10 at a time with +10 lines if required.
Save products once you've finished filling them in.
Item editing
You can, of course, modify the price descriptions and item numbers of your products as required. Simply open the appropriate window with the pencil in the list of products and services.

Catalog search
In forms for creating invoices, quotes or subscriptions, you can quickly find and insert products from your catalog. Simply start typing part of the item description or identifier in the input field. The system will then display a list of relevant suggestions, allowing you to select the right product with a simple click.
